The Road Ahead

Because of our current commitments, currently, we don't have the time for developing our own site here at JesStep.com. However we do have ambitious plans for the future and when time permits we intend to implement a live support system where you will be able to speak with someone live through a web interface and even get live remote assistance should you need it.

Until the Live support system is operational we will still give the best support we can via either phone and/or email communications. There are no restrictions on when you may call for help. If you are working late for that report due first thing in the morning and run into serious trouble, by all means call us and we will do our best to help you complete it on time.

Support for us doesn't just mean "Something's broke, please help!"

We are more than happy to help you with little questions like: "Hey do you know if a software that can do a particular task exists?" or "I need to research a particular subject and don't know where to begin. Can you help me?" Seriously we LOVE to help. It's in our nature so don't be shy and ask away. If the matter is not pressing send us an email. We always reply and usually very quickly. But if it is a mission critical question please don't hesitate to call.
