JesStep is working with a non-profit community enterprise to develop an open-source Content Management System (CMS) in PHP, geared toward the gaming community. This is a very ambitious project that we hope will be well respected in the community. We are aiming for a launch in early spring 2008.

 
 

7 Phases of Project Life Cycle

From a clients perspective there are basically 7 phases to a projects development lifecycle here at JesStep.

I am going to demonstrate how these 7 phases work using a sample clients project. The following pages will outline the basics of each phase and project work flow to demonstrate how we can help you achieve what you are looking for.

ODDS and EVENS

During the Odd numbered phases is when the most Client - Developer interaction occurs. The even numbered phases is where we work away at your project and although constant communication might not be necessary you will be kept up to date with its progress during these phases.
