JesStep is working with a non-profit community enterprise to develop an open-source Content Management System (CMS) in PHP, geared toward the gaming community. This is a very ambitious project that we hope will be well respected in the community. We are aiming for a launch in early spring 2008.

Our normal Residential service rates are $40 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. But we currently offer a 2 hour maximum for all residential repairs or tune ups. For Home Network set-ups or other services please contact us for a quote. Parts are of course extra.

Most of the time computer problems are related to software malfunctions, outdated drivers, or things like virus or spyware bogging down the system. We fix these and tune up your system to its maximum performance. In the odd case where a new part may be needed we will recommend the most economical choices possible.

We Preserve Your Existing Data!

Unlike many repair shops we do our best to fix your problems without formatting your hard drive thereby preserving your settings and existing data. On the rare occasions where a format may be needed we will carefully back up all data and settings possible and restore them after the format.

Many of our competitors may think we are silly for doing this but we believe in Customer Service and Loyalty. We believe by showing you many tips to you can use to keep your computer running smoothly on your own you will show us loyalty and call us for the important repairs and upgrades or better yet recommend us to your friends. The tips we show you will help you to save money and hopefully not need to call for repair service again in the near future.

We Fix It In Front Of You!

Most of the repairs can usually be performed On-Site in front of you. You can see what is wrong and how we fix it. Complex problems may require more diagnostics in which we will have to take your computer to our lab but pick up and delivery is free of charge.
