When you contact us we often find that many clients are not even sure what they want just that they want something new or special. While for some people this can be a frustrating beginning we actually enjoy this and are very good at helping our clients define their visions.

We ask a lot of questions about things you like. We get a feel for the styles and colours and designs you like by demonstrating with other web sites etc till we reach a point we hope we have an idea of where you'd like to go.

Then we do some very basic designs with high level (unrefined) graphics for layout and give you an image to approve that we are on the right track. If you like what you see we move into development and refinement.

In Phase 3 (POC) we show you the basic layout/s we designed in phase 2 and ask your option. We find out whether or not we are on the right track and make adjustments as necessary as we move into phase 4, development.

As we develop we try to keep you up to date on progress as much as possible so you are rest assured you project is progressing. Depending on the size and complexity of the project in can take awhile and it is nice to now every so often when milestones are reached.

When we have what we believe is a ready version of what you asked for we put up a Demo for you to see. This is a working version with the detailed graphics etc.

Here you get to decide if it's perfect for you or if you'd like to tweak it a little. Once it is fine and needs no tweaking then we begin making the instructions and packaging for it so that we can deliver the product.

Once the Package is zipped and ready for delivery we deliver it per your instructions, be it hand delivered and installed or sent via email attachment with the installation instructions for you.

Should you need any help during or after delivery we are always willing to help.

Please note that Remote Installation and Delivery are FREE. Hand Delivery and Installation would be an extra charge however, it would be a very reasonable one.
